Petrokem BP® Epoxy Sealer – Standard is a high-performance, solvent-free, two-part epoxy resin system specially formulated for electrical insulation applications. Engineered to seal and protect electronic components, it provides good dielectric strength and long-term stability under a range of operating conditions. In addition to its primary use in electrical insulation, the product also functions effectively as a general-purpose sealer. It bonds to a wide variety of substrates including metal, concrete, ceramic, glass, and wood—making it suitable for sealing cracks and providing structural reinforcement. Once cured, it forms a tough, non-shrinking layer with excellent resistance to oils, greases, solvents, salts, mild acids, and alkalis. The cured epoxy maintains mechanical integrity and electrical insulation across a service temperature range of 0°C to 90°C.
