Petrokem Bondcrete®
Petrokem Bondcrete is a two component, 100% solids epoxy resin system designed to bond new concrete to old and concrete. The product acts as a waterproof, airtight seal between the two surfaces. Bondcrete is used mainly in the construction industry to achieve a seamless concrete surface (without construction joints) during multiple day concrete pours where an area cannot be casted in one attempt, it also is used to bond various other materials to concrete surfaces such as machine base plates.
Mix thoroughly two volumes of Resin and one volume of Hardener for five
minutes. Use immediately after mixing. Mixed quantity should be used within
0 - 30 minutes. Apply the mixture to the old concrete surface and immediately lay the freshly mixed concrete. It is essential that Bond Crete mixture should still be tacky for a perfect bond between old and freshly mixed concrete.
