D-Bond® K35
D-Bond® K35 is a VOC free Chemical Release Agent for moulds and shutter faces used in the construction industry. The product will react with the micro surface of the freshly laid concrete and provide a perfect releasing effect between mould/shutter surface and the concrete. The product will provide a damage free concrete surface with a smooth, glossy, uniform finish.
D-BOND® K35 can be used direct from the container. Apply a thin layer of D-BOND® K35 either by smooth brush, sponge, roller or spray gun. D-BOND® K35 should be applied to the form before the form is used each time. Only a very thin coating should be applied. In case of new porous plywood/timber formwork, if the first application of D-BOND® K35 is completely absorbed, it is advisable to apply another coat of D-BOND® K35 to obtain better results. D-BOND® K35 should be applied before placing the reinforcement and if any spillage occur on reinforcement should be removed using water. Concrete could be placed immediately after the application of D-BOND® K35 or several days later.
