Petrokem CJ Seal 300
Petrokem CJ Seal 300 is a two component moisture tolerable 100% solids epoxy system specially developed to repair cracks and joints on wet surfaces. The product acts as a highly effective filling and sealing material and will provide a durable high performance repair work. Due to its low viscosity, the product will flow and seep into narrow cracks. The product can also be used as an epoxy motor to repair concrete structures. Petrokem CJ Seal 300 is highly resistant to most acids, alkali, salty sea spray and other chemicals. Please note CJ Seal 300 is is a slow setting system.

Sealing Cracks:
- Seal the other side of the crack where applicable by using Petrokem carpach metal filler or Fixrite HDR epoxy adhesive.
- Mix throughly 2 volumes of Petrokem CJ seal 300 resin and 1 volume Petrokem CJ seal 300 hardener. Five minutes of thorough mixing is recommended.
- Mixture should be pressure injected into the crack for best results. However reasonably wide cracks can be repaired using gravity feeding.
- Mix throughly 2 volumes of Petrokem CJ seal 300 resin and 1 volume Petrokem CJ seal 300 hardener. Five minutes of thorough mixing is recommended.
- Use this mixture to prime the surface using a brush.
- Note: Epoxy Motar mixture (Step 2) must applied into the cavity while the primer is still tacky Step 2
- Mix throughly 2 volumes of Petrokem CJ seal 300 resin and 1 volume Petrokem CJ seal 300 hardener. Five minutes of thorough mixing is recommended.
- Then add 10 volumes (or appropriate amount) of Petrokem Filler-Q to obtain epoxy motar.
- Note: this motar can be used to repair cracks in vertical surfaces and concrete ceilings. Filler-Q can be replaced with sand when filling a cavity on a horizontal surface.
- Fill the cavity using epoxy motar. The epoxy motar mixture must be used within 90 minutes.
